We are in Argüelles, one of the most exclusive and lively neighborhoods in Madrid.

Present in the neighborhood for almost 60 years, our restaurant is undoubtedly one of the most emblematic places with the longest history and tradition in the neighborhood.

All these years taking care of the palate of our clients, preserving customs, perfecting recipes and giving the characteristic final touch to our kitchen, that is precisely our best business card.

Our oven is an authentic Castilian oven built in 1986 and is in public view.

All our rooms are decorated in a marked Castilian style, taking care of the detail so that nothing disturbs your visit.

In addition to the main room, we have private rooms for groups of various capacities, where we celebrate communions, weddings, baptisms, birthdays, meetings, company lunches and dinners…

…A LONG FAMILY TRADITION

Our history –since 1966–

In 1966, Mr. Juan Segovia Aparicio founded the first house of this oven, in the Madrid neighborhood of Arguelles, expanding its facilities with the opening of new premises, until it became what is today this rustic decorated grill, al purest Castilian style, with private rooms that exude stateliness, with the sole purpose of satisfying the palates of its clients with the flavors of a lifetime.
